Saturday saw Prole at the Laureates for Lunch event (sponsored by Palas Print) in Caernarfon. Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy, and National Poet of Wales, Gillian Clarke, both read new, unpublished and published works. A great afternoon - though the choice of crunchy pork scratchings as nibbles perhaps needs rethinking - difficult to eat quietly! Best of all, both poets left with their own copies of Prole. Diolch yn fawr.
